Discussion and possible direction regarding the corrective action for findings/concerns from the Housing Authority of Cochise County HUD monitoring visit.
Background:
A finding and concern from the HUD monitoring visit included requirements to have a Resident board member as well as how the Housing Director meets with the Board of Supervisors. This meeting will update the board on the status.
