Table until the January 26, 2021 Board of Supervisors Meeting, Zoning Ordinance 21-01, to rezone parcel 107-01-001C totaling 232.31 acres, from R-36 (Residential, one dwelling per 36,000 square feet) to RU-2 (Rural; one dwelling per two-acres), pursuant to the application of Derek Fromm of Greenstone Capital LLC.

Background:

On December 9, 2021 the Planning and Zoning Commission voted to table the public hearing on this request until their January 6, 2021 meeting. The applicant requests that the Board of Supervisors table the public hearing of this request until the January 26, 2021 meeting in order to receive the recommendation of the commission. 

Department's Next Steps (if approved):

This item will be tabled. It will be heard at a public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission on January 6, 2021 and it will be heard at a second public hearing before the Board of Supervisors on January 26, 2021. 

Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:

The Board has not received a recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission. The Commission is an advisory body to the Board of Supervisors. All results of votes of the Commission, except for votes on Special Use dockets, must be forwarded as a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors.The Commission has voted to table this item until their January 6, 2021 regular meeting.
