Adopt Zoning Ordinance 21-02 amending certain Zoning district boundaries from SR-43 (Single Residential; one dwelling per 43,000 square feet) to RU-4 (Rural; one dwelling per four acres), pursuant to the application of Mr. Mark Landwerlen.
Background:
The Applicant, Mr. Mark Landwerlen is requesting a Rezoning from SR-43 (Single Residential; one dwelling per 43,000 square feet) to RU-4 (Rural; one dwelling per four acres).
The subject parcel, APN 117-04-206B is located on West Orange Street and West Newland Street east of South Palm Road in Pearce. It is further described as being situated in Section 28 of Township 17 South, Range 24 East of the G&SRB&M, in Cochise County, Arizona
On Wednesday, January 13, 2021, the Cochise County Planning and Zoning Commission (Commission) voted unanimously 6-0 to recommended approval of rezoning Z-20-16 to the Board of Supervisors.
