Overview of the County's new AgendaQuick system features and improved open meeting access for the public.
Background:
The Board of Supervisors previously approved the purchase of AgendaQuick to replace the current VAN system for agenda item submission and agenda creation. Due to staffing reductions and other workload priorities, it has taken time to implement the new system. However, the system configuration has now been completed and the County went "Live" with AgendaQuick on December 22, 2010. Staff will demonstrate the functionality of the new system at this Work Session, with an emphasis on the improved public access for BOS meetings of all types.
