Background:
Mr. Douglas has applied for a Permanent Extension of Premises liquor license for Dusty's Chuckwagon Grill & Saloon, located at 13510 S Hwy 191, Elfrida, AZ 85625. The Sheriff’s Office has no recommendation and Development Services has recommended approval of the application.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Board staff will forward the Board’s decision to the ADLLC.

The applicant will not be able to serve liquor outside the established premises.
