Adopt Zoning Ordinance 21-07 to approve Docket R-21-01 - Adult Use Marijuana, an amendment to the Cochise County Zoning Regulations to regulate the production, processing, retail sale, and testing of recreational marijuana.
Background:
Arizona's voters approved the Smart and Safe Act (Proposition 207) during the November 2020 election, which legalized the recreational use of marijuana by adults 21 years or older. Cochise County voters voted in favor of Proposition 207, 53.4% yes; 43.7% no.

Update the County Zoning Regulations
