Approve Interfund Transfer of $42,570 from Fund 215, Border Strike Task Force, to Fund 588, Arizona Disposition Reporting System (ADRS) for Prosecutor by KARPEL software.
Background:
Fund 215 contains the Border Strike Task Force funds that are shared between C.C.S.O. and the Cochise County Attorney. The funds may be allocated to expenses by either of these two agencies to supplement costs related to fighting Border Crime. Utilizing a portion of these funds to cover a county match for our case management system, Prosecutor by KARPEL, is an allowable use of these funds. It is our intention to use the Border Strike Task Force funds, in the amount of $42,570.00, to cover the difference between the start up cost of PBK and the amount of the ADRS grant, which was $150,000.
