Discussion and Possible Direction regarding updating the adopted building codes from the 2012 to 2015 International Code Council codes and 2014 National Electrical Code, and associated Zoning Regulation amendments.
Background:
Numerous changes and implications of the changes should be discussed with the Board before presenting for their review and approval at the July 27, 2021, Regular Board meeting.
Proposed Outcome: Staff is informing the Board of Supervisors and providing the opportunity to answer questions or adjust proposed changes before presenting the updates and amendments to Building Code and Zoning Regulation changes.
