Discussion and possible direction regarding the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area (SPRNCA).
Background:
Supervisor Crosby states that the presumptive existence of the SPRNCA has been, and unless stopped, will continue to be the underlying justification for millions of dollars of unnecessary spending. The conflict can be resolved by making sure the SPRNCA was established legally according to federal and state law. Supervisor Crosby believes the SPRNCA falls short of legal establishment and thus does not exist. Therefore, the endangered species act does not threaten the Fort.

Oppose the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), including the BLM to be voted on September 14th.
