Background:
The applicant is requesting to amend the zoning of their parcel from SR-12 to RU-4. The area is rural and largely vacant. The parcel is located between defunct subdivisions. The applicant’s home is the only one in the area. The applicant is requesting the amendment to construct a small farm winery on the property.
