Docket SU21-25 (191 Potato Processing, formerly Pieper Farms) The Applicant is requesting a Special Use Modification to allow an addition of approximately 38,000 square feet
Background:
In 2020 the Planning and Zoning Commission approved two modifications to the original approved. The first was an expansion of 30,000 square feet (to the original 20,000 square foot building). The second was for an additional 47,000 square feet. These additions were to accommodate a two-story office addition, wash line, raw potato storage and coolers. This brings the current building up to approximately 100,000 square feet. This request is for an additional work, wash and cooler area totaling 38,000 square feet.
