Discussion and possible direction regarding the Jail and the new Justice Center proposal.
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) and (9), the Board may go into executive session for legal advice with the attorney of the public body and to discuss security plans, procedures, assessments relating to, or having an impact on, the security or safety of buildings, facilities, or operations.

A discussion about the current detention facility and the thoughts of a new facility with courts, county, attorney, and community services.
