Approve a Series #10 (Beer & Wine Store) new liquor license application submitted by Mr. Timothy John Heine, for Heine's Store, located at 1036 Eastland Road, Pearce, AZ 85625.
Background:
Mr. Timothy John Heine has applied for a Series 10 (Beer & Wine Store) liquor license for Heine's Store, located at 1036 Eastland Road, Pearce, AZ 85625. The Sheriff’s Office has no recommendation. The Treasurer's Office advised there were delinquent 2021 property taxes for the parcel in question, however, the applicant has since paid the 2021 taxes in full. The Development Services Department has recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
The Health Department is contacting the applicant regarding proper permits.
Mr. Timothy John Heine has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
