Approve a Series #6 (Bar) liquor license application submitted by Mr. John Alan Oberreuter, for Cattle Rest Saloon, located at 933 S Haskell Avenue, Willcox, AZ 85643.
Background:
Mr. John Alan Oberreuter has applied for a Series #6 (Bar) liquor license for Cattle Rest Saloon, located at 933 S Haskell Avenue, Willcox, AZ 85643.The Sheriff’s Office has no recommendation and the Treasurer's Office advised that the property taxes for the parcel in question are current. The Development Services Department recommended approval. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
The Health Department will notify the applicant that he/she will be required to obtain the proper permits before operating the business.
Mr. Oberreuter has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
