Approve a letter assigning Mr. Richard Karwaczka, County Administrator; Ms. Sharon Gilman, Deputy County Administrator; and Ms. Jennifer Graeme, Associate Human Resources Director (alternate Trustee), to represent Cochise County at the Cochise Combined Trust (CCT) Annual Trust Plan meeting on January 20-21, 2022.
Background:
Due to many unforeseen circumstances, certain Trustees listed on Resolution 20-10 (attached) cannot attend the upcoming meeting. To ensure the County is fully represented, the Board of Supervisors is confirming the Trustee appointments for this meeting specifically as:
- Sharon Gilman, Deputy County Administrator
- Richard Karwaczka, County Administrator
- Jennifer Graeme, Associate Human Resources Director, alternate Trustee
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
At least two of the approved Cochise County trustees will attend the CCT Annual Trust Plan meeting.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Cochise County may not have full representation at the CCT Annual Trust Plan meeting.
