Arizona Counties Insurance Pool's (ACIP) update on ongoing claims and litigation against Cochise County.
Pursuant to A.R.S.§ 38-431.03(A)(3), the Board may vote to go into Executive Session for discussion or consultation with designated representatives and attorneys of the public body in order to consider its position and instruct its representatives and attorneys regarding ongoing litigation currently handled by the Arizona Counties Insurance Pool (ACIP).
