Agenda Item Text:
Approve request to allow an additional opinion at the COVID-19 Work Sessions to that of the currently-employed Cochise Health & Social Services Department Director, Medical Doctor, and staff, by Mr. Randy Miller, Hands for Health and Freedom.
Background:
The intent of this agenda item is to allow additional opinion to that of the currently employed Health Department Medical Director, Doctor, and staff.
Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, and vaccine rollout, there has been controversy about both subjects. Supervisor Crosby is particularly concerned about protecting individual rights. Due to the importance of this matter, Supervisor Crosby belives that it is prudent for the Board of Supervisors to search for an additional opinion. Supervisor Crosby's search for a contributor resulted in Mr. Randy Miller of Hands for Health and Freedom, here in Arizona. Randy studied the Constitution of the United States and of Arizona and the history of our fine country. He started teaching our constitutions to community groups in 2014. Additionally, his experience includes many discussions with legislators in their proper roles.
Since the onset of COVID-19 and what Supervisor Crosby believes to be violations of constitutional limitations by state and federal governments, Randy became an activist for the liberties of the people and traveled the state speaking on and teaching our constitutions.
