Approve Grant Agreement GRT-22-0008516-T between Cochise County and Arizona Department of Transportation, Aeronautics Group, in the amount of $25,202, for the surface treatment of taxiway A2 at the Bisbee-Douglas International Airport, effective upon signature by the parties through issuance of the Final Post Completion Inspection Certification.
Background:
This is a grant provided by ADOT's Airport Pavement Preservation Program for maintenance projects such as crack seals, seal coats, thin overlays, joint repairs for runways, taxiways, and aprons at airports.
Grant match requirement is 10% ($2,520.20).

Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Lack of maintenance of taxiway A2 pavement will result in a decrease in the useable life of the pavement before resurfacing the taxiway is required.
