Approve a Series #13 (Farm Winery) new liquor license application submitted by Mr. Robert Clark Hamilton, for Spa Vino, located at 1101 E Irene Street, Pearce, AZ 85625.
Background:
Mr. Robert Clark Hamilton has applied for a Series #13 (Farm Winery) liquor license for Spa Vino, located at 1101 E Irene Street, Pearce, AZ 85625. The Sheriff’s Office has no recommendation. The Treasurer's Office advised the property taxes for the parcel in question are current. The Health Department will notify the applicant that he will be required to obtain the proper permits before operating the business. Development Services recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
Mr. Hamilton has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
