Discussion and possible direction regarding the County's Strategic Plan, Priority 7, Infrastructure Management and Development: Facilities Capital Improvement Plan.
Background:
The Board of Supervisors Strategic Plan, Priority 7, Infrastructure Management and Development includes evaluating current and future county building needs. Fiscal Year 2022 was a productive year for Facilities as progress was made on Courthouse, BDI and Melody Lane remodel projects. Facilities Director, Henry Meraz, will provide an update on the County Facilities Capital Improvement Plan, and the project outlook for Fiscal Year 2023.
Proposed outcome: Receive feedback and direction from the Board on Facilities projects and priorities in Fiscal Year 2023.
