Discussion and possible direction regarding the Board of Adjustment for Cochise County.
Background:
State law (A.R.S. § 11-816) allows for one Board of Adjustment for the County, instead of one Board of Adjustment for each District (current).
Proposed outcome: Staff is exploring having one Board of Adjustment with three members, one from each District, instead of one Board of Adjustment for each District, each with three members. Discussion with the Board of Supervisors and guidance before staff moves forward.
