Discussion and possible direction regarding the Public Works Department Informational Update, including the following topics:
- Highways Quarterly Workplan;
- Solid Waste Operational and Financial Update; and,
- Light and Heavy Fleet Planned Purchases and Replacements.
Background:
The Public Works Department is comprised of 4 divisions; Highways, Solid Waste, Light Fleet and Heavy Fleet. The topics of discussion are the Highways quarterly work plan, Solid Waste operational and financial update, Light and Heavy Fleet planned purchases and replacements.
Proposed Outcome: The goal of this session is to ensure the Board of Supervisors are fully of aware of major projects, issues and major purchases that affect the County.
