Discussion and possible direction regarding the Engineering & Natural Resource Department (ENR) Transportation Projects including the Sierra Vista Metropolitan Planning Organization (SVMPO) regional transportation County roads Theater Drive and Moson Road Scoping Studies.
Background:
Presentation of conceptual recommendation from a joint project of the the City of Sierra Vista and Cochise County on Theater Drive. Preliminary design study of the Moson Road Corridor and next steps of these high priority SVMPO regional projects.
Proposed Outcome: Joint Project Agreements with SVMPO and ADOT in 2023 for final design of Moson Road as the Board directs.
