Approve the appointment of Justin Allred as Justice of the Peace Pro Tempore for the Justice Court Precinct Five, to conduct necessary hearings pursuant to A.R.S. § 22-121, effective November 15, 2022 through June 30, 2023.
Background:
The court is required to appoint, and annually reappoint, Justices of the Peace Pro Tempores with the approval of the Board of Supervisors.

Appointment of Justice of the Peace Pro Tempore for the Justice Court Precinct Five by Presiding Judge of Cochise County.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
