Adopt Resolution G-23-01, to summarily delete from the Golden Acres Street Light Improvement District (District) certain parcels annexed by the City of Sierra Vista, and to reconstitute the District from the balance of the District's original boundaries.
Background:
The Board of Supervisors ordered the formation of the District on October 27, 1986, by Resolution 86-66, as authorized by A.R.S. § 48-960.
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 48-960(G), the City of Sierra Vista notified the District Board of Directors that it had annexed certain parcels, as detailed in the Resolution, and that it is willing to continue the lighting of streets in the area so annexed.
The attached Resolution summarily deletes the parcels annexed by the City of Sierra Vista and reconstitutes the District from the District's original boundaries.
