Discussion and possible direction regarding the Risk Management Department Informational Update: Arizona Counties Insurance Pool (ACIP) update on ongoing claims and litigation against Cochise County.
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3), the Board may vote to go into Executive Session for discussion or consultation with designated representatives and attorneys of the public body in order to consider its position and instruct its representatives and attorneys regarding ongoing litigation currently handled by the Arizona Counties Insurance Pool (ACIP).

At the May 23, 2023, quarterly Risk Management update, representatives from ACIP will brief the board on ongoing claims and litigation against Cochise County that are being processed by ACIP.
