Discussion and possible direction regarding the rescinding of Title 42 and its impacts in Cochise County.
Background:
Title 42 removals have ceased on 5/11/2023 and irregular migrants are being released by Naco Border Patrol and Douglas Border Patrol - then transferred via Department of Emergency and Military Affairs (DEMA) buses through Cochise County.
