Discussion and possible direction regarding the Flood Control District update to the Floodplain Ordinance/Regulations.
Background:
Present to the Board of Supervisors the proposed updates to the Flood Control District's Floodplain Ordinance. Changes are updates to be in compliance with the Arizona Department of Water Resources State Model, National Flood Insurance Program and Federal Emergency Management Agency.
