Discussion and possible direction regarding the status of and next steps for Miracle Valley Bible College, located at 9229 E. Miracle Valley Loop, Hereford, AZ 85615.
Background:
The Miracle Valley Bible College was deeded to the State in March of 2022 and is eligible for this year’s Board of Supervisors auction. Staff will update the BOS concerning the recent determination by the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) that the property is eligible for listing in the National and Arizona Register of historic places.
Staff requests guidance from the Board of Supervisors if they would like to clean up the property before the sale at auction.
