Reappoint Mose Lee to the Building Code Advisory and Appeals Board for an additional three-year term which expires on September 25, 2026.
Background:
Mr. Lee was appointed to the BCAAB in April 2021. His reappointment would fill the electrician position for a three-year term which expires on September 25, 2026. The BCAAB unanimously recommended approval of his reappointment at their August 30, 2023 board meeting.
Mr. Lee has 23 years’ experience as an electrician and is employed by Antelope Run Electric.
The Cochise County Building Code Advisory and Appeals Board was established in September 2013 as a seven-member board to hear and decide appeals of orders, decisions or determinations made by the Building Official regarding application and interpretation of the adopted building codes; to determine the appropriateness of alternative building materials and construction methods and to advise the Building Official and Development Services Building Safety Division on proposed revisions or additions to adopted building codes.
