Approve the Victims' Rights Program (VRP) Award Agreement (AG) 2024-002, between the Arizona Attorney General and the Cochise County Attorney's Office, in the amount of $20,600, effective July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024.
Background:
The award amount of $20,600.00 is to be used by the Cochise County Attorney’s Victim Witness Program to provide funding for 45% of the funding for the salary of the full-time Victim Witness Program Manager who is responsible for victim notification on all criminal cases.
Fiscal Impact & Funding Sources: Attorney General’s Victim Rights Program, funds deposited into Fund 126.

Submit signed grant to grant source.
