Approve Amendment 2 to Intergovernment Agreement (IGA) CTR059344, "Senate Bill 1847 Funding," between the Arizona Department of Health Services and Cochise County Health and Social Services to increase the amount of the award to $91,500 annually for the period of July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2027.
Background:
IGA CTR059344 was approved by the BOS on May 10, 2022, and will continue through May 9, 2027. The original contract was a fixed-price one-time payment of $91,500.00 to be used to address and reduce overdose deaths in Cochise County. This amendment will add an additional $91,500.00 yearly until 2027.
