Approve Amendment 2 to Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) CTR060269 Immunization Services between the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) and Cochise County Health and Social Services (CHSS) for July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025.
Background:
This IGA Amendment revises Exhibit 1 through Exhibit 5 to reflect the extension date through June 30, 2025. This IGA was previously approved by the Board of Supervisors on November 29, 2022.
CTR0060269, is a cost reimbursement contract that reimburses CHSS for the cost of implementing supplemental flu vaccination activities, improving vaccine cold storage capacity and data entry, and enhancing Vaccine for Children (VFC) and COVID-19 activities.
