Discussion and possible direction regarding the status of and next steps for Miracle Valley Bible College, located at 9229 E. Miracle Valley Loop, Hereford, AZ 85615.
Background:
The Miracle Valley Bible College was deeded to the State in March 2022. After failing to sell at auction in 2023, staff continued with the cleanup of the property to prepare the property for auction in 2024. Dan Coxworth, Development Services Director, is requesting guidance from the Board of Supervisors concerning the removal of dilapidated structures on the property before making the property available for sale at auction later this year.
