Discussion and possible direction regarding the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software Project.
Background:
Cochise County contracted with MSS Business Transformation Advisory (MSSBTA) to conduct a current state assessment of the County's digital modernization needs for Human Resources, Finance, and Procurement. The assessment yielded a project road map, and a series of recommendations to select, contract, plan, and implement the ERP software in subsequent projects.

Receive guidance from the Board of Supervisors on moving forward with the Enterprise Resource Planning Project.
