Approve Second Amended Non-Exclusive Lease Agreement with St. Patrick Roman Catholic Parish - Bisbee, for parking lot use by County employees and the public attending court proceedings, effective January 1, 2025 through January 1, 2029.
Background:
The County has a lack of parking available at the Courthouse and Old Administrative Building in Bisbee. This is an update to the agreement approved in 2022. The rate has not changed, however the number of parking spaces available to the County has decreased. The number of spaces is sufficient for County use. Continuing this agreement will allow employees and the public utilizing court services to park at the St. Patrick's Church parking lot.
