Discussion and possible direction regarding the status of Miracle Valley Bible College, located at 9229 E. Miracle Valley Loop, Hereford, AZ 85615.
Background:
The Miracle Valley Bible College was deeded to the State in March 2022. After failing to sell at auction in 2023, staff continued with the cleanup of the property to prepare the property for auction in 2024. Dan Coxworth, Development Services Director, will be giving an update on the work that has been completed since the work session held on March 7, 2024.
