Annual Performance Review of County Administrator Richard G. Karwaczka.
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03, Subsection (A), paragraph (1), the Board may enter into executive session for discussion or consideration of employment, assignment, appointment, promotion, demotion, dismissal, salaries, or resignation of a public officer, appointee, or employee of any public body. Evaluation of an employee's performance may take place in executive session.
