Approve an application for a Temporary Extension of Premises liquor license submitted by Alfonso Galindo for Palo Verde El Toro Steakhouse located at 3219B N. Washington Avenue, Douglas, AZ 85607, for the 9th Annual Palo Verde Stop N Go Cancer Awareness Fundraiser on October 12, 2024.
Background:
Mr. Galindo has applied for a Temporary Extension of Premises/Patio Permit liquor license for Palo Verdo El Toro Steakhouse located at 3219B N. Washington Avenue, Douglas, AZ 85607. The Temporary Extension is for October 12, 2024, for the 10th Annual Palo Verde Stop n Go Cancer Awareness Fundraiser. The Sheriff's Office has recommended approval and Development Services has recommended approval of the application and will notify the applicant that he will be required to obtain the proper permits prior to the temporary event.

Board Staff will forward the Board's decision to ADLLC.
