Discussion and possible direction regarding establishing an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) that outlines the roles and responsibilities of Cochise County and Cochise County Superior Court.

Background:

Cochise County and Cochise County Superior Court are separate entities.  The Court is part of the judicial branch of government, specifically the State Superior Court system, and its employees are considered employees of the State of Arizona.  The Court would like to discuss establishing an IGA with Cochise County to clarify each parties’ roles and responsibilities.
