Discussion, selection and possible appointment of a candidate to fill the remainder of the term for the vacant Justice of the Peace District 3 (JP3) seat beginning November 13, 2024, as submitted by the JP3 Selection Committee.
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3), the Board may go into executive session for legal advice from the attorney of the public body regarding the process of appointing a replacement to fill the Justice of the Peace vacancy in Precinct 3.
