Approve a Contract with Pacific Energy Concepts for the installation of EV Charging Stations in the amount of $594,883.56.
Background:
This grant-funded project, approved by the Board of Supervisors during the July 9, 2024 regular meeting, will involve the installation of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations at three strategic locations in Cochise County. The attached contract outlines the complete project scope. The EV chargers will be procured through Sourcewell, a cooperative purchasing organization to which the County belongs. Pacific Energy Concepts, an authorized reseller, will supply the EV charging stations.

Issue Contract and Purchase Order to Pacific Energy Concepts and begin scheduling the work.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
EV Charging stations will not be installed at the three locations in Cochise County.
