Adopt Resolution 25-03 granting a Water Services Franchise to Cactus State Utility Operating Company, LLC.
Background:
Cactus State Utility Operating Company, LLC., has applied for a Water Services franchise in specified areas of the County. The $500.00 franchise fee has been paid and the Acceptance of Franchise has been signed. The Notice of Public Hearing has been published three times as required by statute. To date, there have been no letters or phone calls either for or against granting the franchise.
Cactus State Utility Operating Company, LLC. acquired Holiday Water company which operates in unincorporated Tombstone.
