Conduct a review, and affirm, modify, or reverse the decision of the Hearing Officer regarding zoning violation case number 24-002851 (Houston), pursuant to the appeal of Mr. Jason Houston (District 3).
Background:
Mr. Houston has appealed the Hearing Officer's decision regarding zoning violation case number 24-002851. The Hearing Officer ordered the screening located in the sight-triangle to be removed. The property owner, Mr. Houston, installed a screen on a fence on the corner of North 6th Street and Theater Drive in Fry Townsite. The screen encroaches into the sight triangle adjacent to the intersection, which must be clear of visual obstruction to ensure safe turning movement and a clear line of sight for drivers.

If the BOS does not uphold the decision of the Hearing Officer, the screen will remain and the traffic safety will be impacted.
