Presentation and discussion by Chinn Planning Inc. on the Cochise County Jail Planning Study.
Background:
Cochise County engaged Chinn Planning Inc. to conduct a comprehensive Jail Planning Study to include an assessment of the criminal justice system, inmate population forecasts, operational concepts, facility space requirements for a new jail, and evaluation of potential sites.
Karen Chinn, Chinn Planning Inc., and Larry Smith & Gary Retel, DLR Group, will provide the Jail District Board of Directors a presentation on the preliminary results of the study.
