Discussion and Possible Direction Regarding the 5-Year Plan for the Housing Authority of Cochise County.
Background:
The current 5-Year Plan expires June 30, 2025. The Plan that will be presented outlines goals from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2030 that Housing staff, the Board, and County Administration will discuss. Although the Plan primarily addresses the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program in which HACC has 686 vouchers, it is relevant to all the rental programs, serving 825 households.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Once the goals are agreed upon by the Board, it will be presented at the BOS meeting 3/25/25 for approval.
