Discussion and Possible Direction Regarding the Tabled Agenda Item from the March 11, 2025, Board of Supervisors Meeting, for the Water Franchise Agreement for Cactus State Utility Company, LLC., to Clarify Language in the Agreement.
Background:
During the March 11, 2025, Board of Supervisors meeting, an agenda item regarding the agreement with Cactus State Utility Operating Company, LLC. was tabled to allow for further clarification of its language. This work session will provide an opportunity for the Board to discuss the agreement in detail, address any concerns, and provide direction on necessary revisions before reconsideration at a future meeting.
