Background:
Bruce Callaghan has applied for a Temporary Extension of Premises for American Legion Post 52, 12E Theather Drive, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635. The Sheriff's Office has recommended approval of the application. The Development Services Department has recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license. Supporting documentation regarding this application is attached.

Board staff will forward the Board's decision to the Arizona Department of Liquor License and Control.
