Approve Intergovernmental Agreement Between the Cochise County Superior Court and Cochise County for Human Resources Services.
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03, Subsection (A), paragraph (3), the Board may enter into executive session for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the attorney or attorneys of the public body.

Background:
Over the past twenty-nine (29) years, the Judicial Branch has operated with a single employee. Despite its small size, the branch has maintained a close working relationship with the County Human Resources Department on all personnel matters.
In an effort to strengthen succession planning, build a more robust team, and improve service delivery, efficiency, and overall effectiveness, the Court would like to initiate discussions about centralizing Judicial HR functions with the County.
