Approve Office Lease Agreement between Cochise County and Arizona Board of Regents on behalf of the University of Arizona Cooperative Extension, for the use of a single office space at the Cochise County Service Center in Douglas, at $0 lease, effective July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.
Background:
A.R.S. section 3-124(C) provides that the Board of Supervisors of each county will provide reasonable office space for the conduct of extension work in that county. This lease is to comply with that law, and to provide an office at no lease cost for the University of Arizona Cooperative Extension, for use by a U of A employee within Cochise County. The lease is at $0 cost to U of A. The office is a small office of 140 sq ft with desk, phone, and chair, in the Cochise County service center in Douglas (at 1012 N. G Avenue, Lobby Level, Suite #104, Douglas, Arizona 85607).
